RAY C. STEDMAN October 5, 1917 - October 7, 1992 Ray C. Stedman spent two summers in youth mininstry with Dr. J. Vernon McGee at the Lincoln Avenue Presbyterian Church, Pasadena California. He also spent one summer at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Pasadena, California. In addition, he travelled for several months with Dr. H.A. Ironside, Pastor of the Moody church in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1950. Ray C. Stedman was pastor of the Penninsula Bible Church in Palo Alto, California from 1950 - 1990. An extensive collection of many of his 800 sermons, writings and tapes can be found at the Ray Stedman Memorial Library on the web site of the Penninsula Bible Church, Palo Alto, California. Many of his 28 books are still in print.
